Steve Belcher
General Manager exness
Stephen Belcher joined the SwampDogs front office in 2003 after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University’s graduate program. He also had spent a season with the Richmond Braves serving as the Stadium Operations Trainee. Belcher spent a year as Assistant General Manager for the SwampDogs before taking over as GM for the 2004 season. A Pennsylvania native, Steve grew up in Whitehall, PA and graduated from East Stroudsburg University exness brokers.
